One could think this is a general book about forest ecology. The back cover text tells a little bit more: if you have read it you think this is on the general ecology of Victoria's montane ash forests. However, the book only covers forests dominated by Eucalyptus regna|About the Author|David Lindenmayer is a Research Professor at the Fenner School of Environment and Society, the Australian National University (ANU).
